A relationship with Grosvenor often starts with engineers and technicians carrying out an audit of your building’s HVAC assets using our proprietary System Assessment Auditing Framework (SAAF).
Put simply, the SAAF allows Grosvenor to source and analyse information relating to individual HVAC installations and to develop complete and accurate assessment of current and future needs.
The SAAF assessment is also used to create a budget for the purposes of resolving any immediate issues along with determining a program of capital and maintenance expenditure over time based on the estimated operational life of each HVAC asset.
