With the year coming to a close, on behalf of Grosvenor’s Board of Directors I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of Grosvenor’s customers and business associates whom we’ve worked with throughout 2018.
Grosvenor started over 24 years ago and it’s astonishing to see how far we’ve come – we had a team of just 12 people back then.
Although we continue to develop our technology and services, our core values and our data driven approach to building maintenance has remained largely the same.
We certainly hope that all of our customers feel the benefit of our commitment to continuous improvement through our consistent data collection methods and our Data – Knowledge – Action process.
2019 will see us continue to invest in research and development to provide the best service and most innovative solutions to our customers for many more years to come.
With less than a week until Christmas I hope you’ll spend some valuable time with your families and loved ones.
