Having worked with Grosvenor for over 15 years, Kylie Herbert has held various roles within the company including purchasing and office manager.
What is your current role and scope of responsibility?
My current role is to support the National Service Line Manager (Neil Hodgson) and the National Support Teams. In short, my main focus is to ensure that the teams run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Why do you love working with Grosvenor?
Grosvenor has always believed in me and given me plenty of opportunities to grow hence the number of roles that I have had within the business. I believe that Grosvenor has a way of noticing people’s strengths and guiding them onto the right path.
I love that the Directors have always strived to give us employees a family feel company, providing both a family and adult’s Christmas party, birthday cards for all family members, quarterly BBQ’s and profit share. I have always felt like there has been a mutual respect between management and employees. Grosvenor has always been so good to me, I would not want to be anywhere else.
