Client Relationship Manager

Since joining Grosvenor in 2003, Michael Servante is a key player in the service delivery and operations team.

What is your current role and scope of responsibility?

I’m a Client Relationship Manager responsible for a number of national accounts. I act as the client’s strategic adviser and the point of escalation. I ensure the client is being heard and our business is supporting their needs and delivering the contractual obligations.. To do the role well I have a heavy reliance on our systems and the data our auditors and technicians have collected. Lucky we have a great team and the best system!

What different roles have you had at Grosvenor?

I joined Grosvenor as a Project Team Leader and worked in both sales and operations before becoming a Client Relationship Manager.

Why do you love working with Grosvenor?

The business has been very supportive and whilst it is getting pretty big it is still very much a family focussed business, the directors are extremely approachable and always show interest in me both in my career and personal life.
